Beca Russell Designs creates handmade products unique products
Due to the handmade nature of our products, there will always be some variation in colour, texture, weight, design or packaging of each of our products. However, we will maintain the quality throughout our complete product range. If you do have any queries regarding your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully, by placing an order with us, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Price: All prices are quoted in pounds stirling (£). Delivery costs are in addition to the product price quoted. This will be quote at order time and is determined by the final weight and size of your order. If products are ordered at a craft fair, exhibition or other event then a non-refundable deposit is payable at the time of order with full payment required before the order is despatched.
Payment: Payment is accepted via PayPal, bank transfer or cash. Goods will not be dispatched until full payment is received by us. Payment of your order made via PayPal is completely secure, Paypal accept all major debit & credit cards and you don’t need a Paypal account to use this service you can choose to pay with a debit/credit card as a guest.
Beca Russell Designs deliver our handmade products to you in a safe and sensible manner. We will deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order.
We will post the product to your address; if you require your delivery to be signed for this will involve an additional cost and will require someone being available at the delivery address to sign for the goods. Larger products will be delivered by courier or an alternative delivery method.
We cannot be held responsible for orders, for which we have a proof of posting receipt that, subsequently goes missing in the post. If an order is sent to your given address, not delivered but held in the Sorting Office and not picked up, the Post Office will return this order to us. The buyer will be solely responsible for any additional costs involved in resending this order.
Cancellation of your Order: If you have purchased this product via the website then under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000, you have a 14 day cooling off period during which you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you choose to invoke this right.
As we endeavour to create the product as soon as possible, your order may have already been sent prior to you cancelling your order (you will have received a confirmation email notifying you of this). If this is the case, please return your package unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition and we will organise a refund of your order costs (less delivery costs) within 30 days.
Refunds & Returns: If you are not satisfied with our product or your order does not reach you in perfect condition, please contact us at Beca@becarussell.co.ukas soon as is reasonably possible. We will then arrange with you to either replace the goods or refund you the purchase price of the order (including any postal charges where the product is defective), whichever is your choice. We must insist all goods are returned and you will need to request a proof of postage receipt from your Post Office.
Your Privacy: We do not sell or pass on any of our customer’s information, ie name, address, email address etc to any other parties. However, we do reserve the right to contact you regarding your order and, on occasion, may email you about our products. If at any time you do not wish to receive our marketing material or newsletters, please contact us at email@example.com and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
The materials contained on our site are provided for general information purposes only and do not claim to be or constitute legal or other professional advice and shall not be relied upon as such.
We do not accept any responsibility for any loss which may arise from accessing or reliance on the information on this site and to the fullest extent permitted by English law, we exclude all liability for loss or damages direct or indirect arising from use of this site.

We aim to continually update our site and may modify the content at any time. If necessary we may suspend access to the website. Any of the material on our site may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
